The iShares BSE SENSEX India Tracker ("SENSEX India
Tracker" or "Fund"), a sub-fund of the iShares
Asia Trust, seeks to track the performance of the BSE SENSEX
Index ("SENSEX" or "Index") quoted in Rupees.
The Fund holds India Access Products ("IAPs") issued
by a connected person of a Foreign Institutional Investor ("FII")
as underlying investments.
